Dr. Dean Schofill

Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Schofill grew up always knowing he wanted to do something in the medical field. His interests shifted around throughout high school and college until he observed several dentists and LOVED the experience. He was always interested in surgery and working directly with his hands, and dentistry is the perfect fit for those passions. Today, he wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!
Dental Education & Associations
After attending the University of Georgia, Dr. Schofill achieved his dental doctorate at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He is currently a proud member of the American Dental Association and South Carolina Dental Association.
Outside of the Dental Office
Dr. Schofill is happily married to Ashley, his beautiful high school sweetheart. They’re from the same small town in Georgia but funnily enough, first met when they were on the same school trip to Italy. They don’t have kids yet, unless you count a beloved Goldendoodle named Wally. When he isn't busy caring for teeth, you can typically find watching college football and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, hiking, being out on the water, and playing golf.
